How To Acces Internet To A Laptop?

My mom has a Acer Intel Pentium laptop and she wants me to put access the internet and it doesn’t have internet! So do any know how to put internet on a laptop that doesn’t have internet?

    There are 2 options. First and foremost, you must have an internet service provider. after that, you should have a modem type of box or just have a wire connecting from a phone outlet in you wall into your computer. So, if your computer has a phone outlet, just connect it from wall to computer. If it doesnt then it might have wi-fi. If it does, then you would have to buy a router to send wireless signals to your computer and get connected anywhere in the house.

    If the computer has Wireless capabilities visit the control panel (if running windows). If the computer does not you can plug a Ethernet cable in to the port on the back of the computer and into the back of your modem.
