My organization’s common no. is 56777, but there are diffrent extensions (around 50) for diffrent employees. So if any employee calls up the incoming no. becomes 56777+extension. How Can I store a common no. for all 50 extensions in mobile phone book.
Call your mobile from your desk phone; if your extn is 1234 and “if” your desk phone displays as 5677771234 or1234, you can store that as your number and follow the same for others. If, on the other hand you get different numbers when you call from your desk phone to your mobile or if you have to always have to call your reception for further calls to different extensions, I guess you cannot make direct calls from stored numbers…
You have to store all the numbers with seprate extention numbers in he phone book, with different name.
If u can connect the phone to a PC…Then u can easily do it…
Create a contact n name it..Also enter numbers..Then copy as many u want n then change t names n no.s accordingly..
Then use phone s/w n transfer back to phone..
