I have one of my friend’s songs, that his ony his voice and guitar, and I wanted to add some other instruments to the song, like drums, electric guitar, piano, etc. Is there a way to do this using a computer? A free program I can download to do this?
I don’t know of a free program that will add instruments out of the blue (I’ve looked before, for myself). Garage Band on the Mac is a great program for doing that, and it comes with a lot of pre-recorded instruments that you can add. A free program for Windows called Audacity is similar, but you have to record the instruments yourself.
